A: At The Pediatric Connection we strive for excellence. As such, we partner with local educational institutions to facilitate short-term internships.

Q: Does The Pediatric Connection offer scholarships or tuition assistance?

A: The Pediatric Connection offers tuition assistance for employees who successfully complete one year of service.

Q: Does The Pediatric Connection offer summer jobs?

A: No. The Pediatric Connection’s positions offer a wide range of schedules from PRN to full time. Please view the current job posting which will include the status of each open position.

Q: How can I check the status of my submitted application?

A: Upon successful submission of an employment application, the applicant’s information is placed in our system for review. Due to the volume of applications received, only the most qualified applicants will be selected and contacted by the assigned recruiter. A: The Pediatric Connection is a market competitive organization. As such we do not discuss salary or pay until an identified candidate has completed the interview process.

Q: I am just about to graduate from school and am interested in gaining experience in the pediatric nursing or respiratory therapist professions. Can I do that with you? If not, can you give me some ideas on how to get a job in this field?

A: Our nursing and respiratory therapist positions have minimum experience requirements, therefore if you are a new graduate you will need to seek employment with a company or institution that will help you gain experience working with High Tech pediatric patients.

Q: What are The Pediatric Connection’s Human Resources business hours?

A: The Pediatric Connection’s Human Resources department is open 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday except for approved holiday closings.

Q: What if I don’t see a position that meets my needs? Can I go ahead and fill out an application anyway?
