Q: Can I place my order online?

A: Not at this time, but you can email a list to our Operations Department at supplies@pediatricconnection.com and they will be happy to help you.

Q: Is there a Nurse available for questions after hours?

A: Yes, there is! We have a Registered Nurse available for questions regarding medications and gastric tubes 24 hours a day. You can call 804-675-4550 or  877-481-3033 if you are out of the local service area.

Q: What is an Assignment of Benefits form?

A: This is a form that gives TPC permission to file your insurance and allow payment to be made directly to TPC.  There is a section on the form that gives an estimated amount that will be patient responsibility as well as an explanation of how we arrived at this figure.

Q: If I work 5 days a week how will I receive my deliveries?

A: You may contact our office to make specific arrangements to work with your schedule, but we do require someone be available to accept the delivery. Additionally, you may come to our office between 8:30 AM and 5 PM Monday–Friday to pick up your order.

Q: Will I receive my supply order automatically each month?

A: You will need to contact our office to place your order. Your needs may change from month to month and we want to make sure we accommodate all of your needs. Additionally, we want to verify your demographics regularly.

Q: How do I get to the office?

Q: What do I need to do if my child is hospitalized and I do not need Nursing Care or supplies during that time?

A: Please notify us by calling 804-675-4550 or 877-481-3033 if you are out of the local service area.
